those look easy enough that even I could make them, and they look like they are low fat too. Maybe we'll try them for dinner.
I forgot to mention on the Weight watchers scale these are 3 points. They are Very Low fat!! :) Swiss cheese is one of the lower calorie cheeses :) They don't even taste like you are skimping.

mmmmmmmmmm....yummy looking. I saw the first picture and thought..surely this cannot be made from scratch. But Michelle is amazing and did indeed make them from scratch. I really like when you show the parts where you mess up or that it's hard for you. It helps me feel better about burning rice.
