Chicken Broccoli Roll ups


Chicken breasts sliced thinly
Swiss Cheese
Broccoli
Italian bread crumbs
Egg + 2T water for egg wash
Spray oil
tooth picks or skewers

those look so good. You need to give us your nutrition stats with your meals. Fat? Calories? they look pretty healthy. I really like your food posts.

those look easy enough that even I could make them, and they look like they are low fat too. Maybe we'll try them for dinner.

I forgot to mention on the Weight watchers scale these are 3 points. They are Very Low fat!! :) Swiss cheese is one of the lower calorie cheeses :)
They don't even taste like you are skimping.

mmmmmmmmmm....yummy looking. I saw the first picture and thought..surely this cannot be made from scratch. But Michelle is amazing and did indeed make them from scratch. I really like when you show the parts where you mess up or that it's hard for you. It helps me feel better about burning rice.
