chicken broccoli pesto

This is our go to pasta. We have it at least once ever two weeks. We usually have everything to make it and often we leave out the chicken. Delilah will even eat this so that is always a bonus.

Garnish with some Parmesan cheese and you're done!
A note about my George foreman; Don't you love it? Because we do. I would say we use it almost every day. The chicken you see up there was frozen and it cooked faster than the pasta. I love my George.

Yet another reason I wish you would move to CA - so you could teach me to cook! I had no clue you cook Foreman (like how I turned it into a verb?) frozen chicken. That is life-changing.

Eve if you only knew the true potential of a George! We cook so many different things on it.
and it was life changing for me when I first realized I could cook frozen chicken on it. LIFE CHANGING!!

That's so great you throw the broccoli in with the pasta water. It's supposed to be the best way to get all the nutrients from it (other than raw.) That looks pretty tasty!
