curry anyone?

Something interesting about Indian curry powder Indian's don't use it. Each family has their own combination of different spices that they blend into their own "curry powder". This makes it a little difficult to get an "authentic" Indian curry powder, but that didn't stop us from trying. We went to our local Asian market and found this, it's gigantic, but so far pretty good curry powder. ($6.95) We'll see how long it lasts.

PS for some reason everytime we go into the Asian market Delilah freaks out and starts running everywhere and picking everything up. I don't know what it is but she loves the Asian market. As if we didn't already stand out enough.

Looks good, how strong is it? Did it make you dish seem authentic?
