How to roll a beautiful burrito

In high school I worked at a place called Taco Time. It was a good experience and I learned a lot from it. One of the best things I took away from the experience is what I'm about to share with you.
How to roll a beautiful burrito, and honestly isn't that what we all want in life?

In case the pictures didn't help here's a video. I've really slowed down in the 9 years I've not worked there.

Oh my gosh! I have wanted to know this for a long time. I probably could've Googled it, but in the meantime my homeade burritos were rolled terribly. This is awesome. Thanks for spreading the Taco Time wealth of knowledge.

Michelle is amazing: ) she can hold the camera with her chin. Or just set it up to do a video. Maybe she has one of those wandering hands...like thing on the Adam's family. Either way. I invite people to blog stalk you ALL the time because you're awesome. You should try bagels. It's a lot of work. I saw it on Julia Childs the other day. You could totally do that. Or maybe make Japanese something or other.

I may have had a helper with the camera :)
He's about yay tall and doesn't like to take 10 pictures per step so we are lucky we got decent ones :)
