Freezing tips: meat balls

So simple and it makes pasta night all that much easier.

Additional Tip: I do this with cookie dough so when I make cookies I only cook make 6 at a time. The only down fall to this is that the dough is a little to delicious when it's frozen. I take out however many cookies I want to bake place them on a cookie sheet then preheat the oven. Usually in that time the thaw enough to cook normally, but keep an eye on your first batch so you don't under or over cook them.

There is nothing tastier than a frozen cookie dough ball. Regi was asking about a good meatball recipe. You're yet again...amazing.
